    • I have the most recent player but the video is garbled and erratic.

      Open the RealPlayer. In the "Tools" menu choose "Preferences." Select the “Hardware” category, and remove the check from the "Use optimized video display" under the “Video card compatibility” section. Click "OK", then close down and restart RealPlayer.

    • I cannot open a PDF file because I receive the following error: File does not begin with '%PDF-'. How can I view this PDF?

      Typically, you can just click on the link for the PDF file and it will launch the Acrobat Reader from your web browser. But in some instances, you may receive this link error. The solution is to download the file by right-clicking on the link and choosing 'Save Target As' (Internet Explorer) or 'Save Link As' (Firefox). You can then save this file anywhere on your computer and later open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
